London follow up.

Today the cough started to let go of me, so finally I am ready to do some follow up on all the exciting contacts I got in London. The pictures are taken by these sweet ladies.

Our last day at Tent/London

Today it is our last day at Tent, I will be at our stand K05 personally from 11.00 - 6.00 during the whole day.

Autumn day in Petersham/London

Today we enjoyed a warm Autumn day in Petersham/London, we visited the marked in Borough and off cause we also went by our stand at Tent to hear the response on our show. A lot of people are interested, and we have got some good contacts. Tomorrow Sunday 25 September: 11am - 6pm, I will be at our stand K05 personally. Construction days - getting ready

Here is some pictures from us building up our stand. Very much work, but it ended up looking really warm, edgy and scandinavian. Today the festival started, like I said I will post some good pictures tomorrow on how the stand ended up looking like.

Busy days in London

The days have been busy getting our show ready for London Design Festival, but we have had some time to go to a good restaurants today and later some of us had time to relax. I will post some good pictures from our show tomorrow.

Leaving for London

This weekend has been BUSY.

Both Rikke and I have been working like mad this weekend to finish the quilt.. And we both still have a lot of work to do, needlework is "heavy duty".

The wallpaper came today

Today my wallpaper for London Design Festival arrived, Both my assistant Rikke and I were so excited about it. And I also got happy, can not wait to see it all together at the exhibition. London soon we come.

Last sketch for my quilt.

Now we finishing up by doing a skull sketch(the very last sketch) for my quilt. I feels good soon to be seeing the end of the embroidery weeks.

Moth on my wallpaper

I have just send the last two wallpapers for printing. No it will not last long before we go to London Design Festival. I just need to do 11 small embroidery before I can put the quilt together.

Now it is only one week to I travel to London to exhibit my quilt and wallpaper together with Avantgarden. The needles are red hot. A big thank you to my sweet assistant rikke, Lotte and Sonja.

The next week will be a busy embroidery week for Rikke and me. So much work to do on the quilt. Here you see some cats made for the quilt.

Today there was a photoshoot and an interview with me in our home with the fine Japanese magazine called Madame Figaro. In October you can see it in their magazine.

These days I am making 8 rolls of Wallpaper for our stand at Tent at London Deisgnfestival. These are the first 6 ones.

Tent London and inspiration from Victionary and Milk magazine

I am always a "sucker" for inspiration s I just bought a fantastic book from Victionary about the font Avantgarde, and later today I will dive in the beautiful pictures from the french magazine Milk and off cause I need to continue my embroidery with the quilt for Tent London. And sunshine is making copenhagen more bright and happy today.

Latest news from Underwerket

The sun is up on Copenhagen, a bit chilly, so we are starting drinking coco. My embroidery and quilt is moving forward with good help from my assistant Rikke, in an hour my design/art Avantgarden group is showing up for a meeting about our show in London.

And this week you can see my print NightWalkers in the danish lifestyle magazine "Alt for damerne", thank you Nicola for showing my work.

I think it is going to be a good day - sun, neon and needlework for London Design Festival.
****And for all of you who have asked about when there will be new plates  in my online shop again. In the beginning of next week, there will be new plates in the shop, it is a bit earlier than expected but a lot of good things have happen and are happening the next few weeks, so I needed the plates in the shop****
