Our garlands was featured this morning in the danish television show "Go morgen Danmark". It was sweet Camilla Høeg Gade from the interior magazine "BoligMagasinet" who talked about the trends in Christmas Decoration right now.

My print "Where is Alice?" featured in Keiki

It is always good to be exposed in different magazines. I have just discovered the kids magazine Keiki. It is very inspiring and fine. And off cause it makes me happy to see my prints "Where is Alice?" in the magazine. You can buy the prints here.

The prints come from very large paintings, the originals measures 150 x 210 cm and was made for curated group show at Autumn exhibition at Den Frie.

Making garlands in our little fabric

December is soon to come. Garland time…..So we have got a lot of Christmas orders from customers and shops worldwide. That means our little factory is working like crazy.
We drink coffee from Pate Paté and eat dark chocolate from Summerbird  

Copenhagen is a bit grey these days, so we try to be surrounded by colors.

Cosy Autumn, home, leaves and StilLeben

Last week has been filled with lots of cosy home life. Fixing the apartment because of a a visit from Amsterdam, drinking tea, buying autumn berries and dropping by stylish StilLeben with new prints.
Mika is so proud of his mother - he prefer the blue print.

The print "Birds in a tree - grey" in the kids room.

Today I want to show how my new print "Birds in a tree - Grey" looks in the kids room. I am proud of this print because it goes well in both in the living room and in the kids room. This print was made in Brazil tow years ago- That is why I am so addicted to my annual travel to Brazil - it fills me up with good energy and leaves so many inspiring motives in my head and in my sketch book.

Autumn/winter embroidery by Lisa Grue

A good way to spend some cosy evenings, when it is getting darker is to do some embroidery. I can really recommend this craft - it is a good way to slow down if you are to stressful and it is satisfying  to do something that manifest it self  physically. 
Here you can buy one of my embroidery kits, it comes with all you need to do a modern tapestry - and it is not difficult. It also comes with instructions.  
Right now I am doing a large piece of embroidery for a client - and it is a really something that brings some good in my life - because I am a person who need to slow down.
