Went to this fantastic exhibition yesterday called "Japanese Heroes, Magic Monsters" at the Japan Society. It was Japanese prints by Utagawa Kuniyoshi made 150 years ago, and they were so magical - the colors and details were amazing. I will also need to go to Japan and seek inspiration, because I feel such an inspiration coming from the japanese culture.
